That seems a professional device, not a consumer device. Didn't it come with a user manual that's understandable for the system manager? Don't they offer a course for the network manager?

Another suggestion.

If there's no user manual and no support from the seller or maker it's hopeless. Then all you can do is buy another device that comes with better support. Be sure to ask a pre-sales question about it. Even better: let the account manager of the company you buy it with show you that it works and how it works.

Hi Kees. I think I see it's out of support.

That was 2008 when there was no Facebook so you can make bet what they want to do would have to be thought over by the IT staff and tried out to see if that works. But as it's so out of date and end of life'd as well as pre-Facebook it's unlikely they will be happy about this.

Dear SIr,
Actually i called juniper but they are asking me license number and i don't know what is the license number.

Then the next question for Juniper

Is how to get such a license. I think you are hoping for support for such gear but it's quite old from days before FaceBook. My bet is that if anyone knows it would be its maker.

And if they charge for the support, it may still be a bargain as replacing the gear may be more than the support costs.
