You can become active member of forums by taking parts in the forums discussions. Try to find topics of your interest and if you have full-fledge knowledge of that topic then share it with others.
But don't misguide anyone by giving wrong answers.

Forums are the best and easy way of learning. It can increase your knowledge level by taking part in discussions... You can read discussions and if you have any query regarding that topic then experts are always here to help you.

So go Ahead and take part in it !!!!!!
