Depending on your s/w available, you may do a:

1) clone or image
2) data only

Again, if you have the s/w and your OS used, which may provide some back-up or recovery s/w. You offered NOTHING in the details of your system, so google for anything further. You can also buy commercial s/w for this very purpose, check online pricing and requirements, etc.. You can also review and checkout the shareware versions from file websites.
