How to automate revised date in word docs

So every time someone makes a change to the document the revised date is updated itself.

Please let me know if this is possible.

Thanks

1. WORDPIPE
(see google.com)
2. In the metadata is the last edit date. Use that. Your programmer or staff should be able to make a report like that.
3. The TODAY field/variable will update to today's date when you open a document.
