Question

How to automate e-mail triggers? Are there some APIs?

Mar 30, 2015 11:14PM PDT

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some sort of automated system that will automate the e-mail triggers whenever someone register to the website, add item to the cart, raised a ticket etc. etc. situations.

Please help or assist me regarding the same.

Cheers,
Rishu Mehra

How do you mean 'triggers"?

In the common usage registering to the website or raising a ticked (any event in fact) can be trigger to do something. But I think you mean something else.

These are called autoresponders.
You can use email services like, Mailchimp, GetResponce, or any similar to avail this facility.
You will have to configure and integrate closely with your system.
