There's HARDSUB which is free. I see there are tutorials so I'll just call it out by name and leave it at that.

If you are looking for methods of how to add subtitle to video. There are lots of video players allow users to add subtitle to video. I am using VLC and 5KPlayer, you can have try. After dragging the subtitle into the video you are playing, the subtitle will show immediately.
I purchased a paid video converter named apowersoft video converter studio on cnet. This thing can help to add external subtitles to video. It can only convert 1/3 the length of your original video if you are not a registered user. Honestly, it worths that money. ![]()
