Sorry to say, that didn't help at all.

Sorry to say, that didn't help at all.
All it says is:
Your contact list on your computer
If you need to manage your contact list when you're not connected to the Internet, you can use Windows Live Mail. When you're not online, this program allows you to get to your contacts and compose messages. But more features are available when you're online and signed in with a Windows Live ID. You're able to sync your Windows Live Hotmail e‑mail accounts and contacts lists, see when your contacts are online, and chat with them in Messenger, all without leaving Mail. You can also read, reply to, and organize e‑mail from your other accounts?such as Hotmail, Gmail, and Yahoo! Mail Plus?all in Mail.

I need a step by step: click here, then click here........
Thanks...vmars
