Question

How to add a third monitor? What I have to work with....

Mar 21, 2017 9:35AM PDT

Hi all! I need some help setting up a business computer with three monitors. I teach English online in China...so two is good, three is better Grin
What I already have:
Windows 7 32Bit (worth going to 64bit?)
Case: Corsair / Pirate Ship Obsidian 450D Tower in the side of the chassis. Way over kill gamer case but I bought it from my son Grin
USB 2.0 to DVI VGA HDMI multi-screen graphics card I tried using this with the 24" monitor but it was way to much lag when doing online PPT's, plus some other weird issues.
One 24" VGA/HDMI high definition 1080p monitor.
Two Acer X203H 720p DVI-D monitors
Leadtek quadro fx570 professional graphics card, with dual DVI-D outputs. Interface: PCI-E 16X
Power supply: Suo SM-550P 550/400 watt desktop power supply with graphics power supply mute.
Hard drives: Two SATA WD drives, one 2TB, one 1TB
Motherboard/Ram: Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P with 4GB Ram, does have one VGA slot...not sure I could use that on the VGA monitor?
So, do I need to upgrade my motherboard so I can have an extra PCI slot so I can run another DVI-D card or is there another way to get this done (won't go with the 2.0 USB video driver as I mention above again!) I have not tried modifying my BIOS as yet...need to use/order a PS2 keyboard as I use a mechanical USB board as present.
Thanks for your suggestions Grin
