How to add a software program to a website I am building?

Jul 9, 2007 8:39AM PDT

I am building a website (or will have it built) and need to add a software program (from http://www.alternative-medicine-software.com/collection.htm) so my site visitors can utilize the information (it appears to be a searchable database?). How do I get this done? Is it a programmer or a design area of expertise?
The hosting companies I have checked with don't understand what I am asking and I may be stating what I need incorrectly.
Just go to the above site and their software program is what I want included in my website.

Thanks, Rick but if you go to the website I mentioned

If you go to the site I mentioned, it has ALL the components and is functional as a program. I just need to know HOW to incorporate this program (which I will purchase)into and existing website so customers can use it.
I don't know if it is something a programer or website design person would do or a database programer.
Just trying to get so input/direction.
