How to add a PowerPoint Organizational Chart to a web page

Mar 30, 2005 3:38AM PST

Can someone tell me how to add an organizationa chart that I made in PowerPoint 2000 SP3 into the body of a web page? I tried converting it to .jpg and .gif, but the text comes out a little blurry and difficult to read. There must be a way to have it show up crisp & clear. I definitely need to find a way to do that. Also, I need to have the name boxes (or at least the email addresses that I inserted within the name boxes) be hyperlinks that will directly email the respective individuals listed. I know how to do that in PowerPoint (and I know how to code it in html or do it in Macromedia Dreamweaver), but I need to be sure they are hyperlinks in web page when I add that organizational chart. (Just in case you need to know, I am using Windows 2000.) Suggestions?

If you do

If you do add PowerPoint to a website, then everyone that visits your website will need the PowerPoint Viewer to view your message.
