i used Adaptive Load Balancing on windows 7 so infrstructure compatibility was never an issue
the main thing is i cant seem to find windows 10 intel gigabit CT nic drivers that include the intel proset tools that enable that

did you ever find a solution for this?
I have the same problem....I used Teaming on Windows 8.1 before without issue...

My other PC has a dual INTEL NIC motherboard with a different controller model, that works fine. How do I get my CT working?

Answer
powershell commands
Nov 1, 2015 11:19AM PST

since intel does not have full windows 10 proset drivers after much hunting i found a powershell command to team nics

Powershell > New-NetLbfoTeam (Ex. New-NetLbfoTeam SQLteam “Wired Ethernet Connection 2”,”Wired Ethernet Connection 3&rdquoWink

remember run powershell as root
