how strong of a magnet would it take to damage pc hardware

My mini ITX motherboard the Gigabyte GA Z97N WIFI came with an antenna with a magnetic base and I'm worried that it might damage my hardware

There's a VERY strong magnet in hard drives yet the platters don't erase. I've shown that many times and folks that fret will continue to fret.

Just don't use it to stick floppy disks to your refrigerator.
