I have Win xp os, and I also have a network fax machine. How can I set it up, so that I can send fax from my pc without printing out paper before sending a fax.

If it does support such my bet is there is software from the fax machine maker to be installed and configured.
There is NO STANDARD for this so be sure to ask the maker for the steps.

No they did not supply any software for the machine. But I can download it on the internet, After I download it cannot install it on Win xp. The fax machine model is RICOH AFICIO 1022.
