How remove ringtone from list added from Music folder?
Okay so I added a ringtone to the list by selecting Media Storage and selecting a song from my list of music.
It now shows up in ringtone list. As it should.
I wanted to test removing it but found no easy way to do so.
I used ES File Explorer to search folders. It is not in ringtones folders.
I then used the file explorer to search by song name-the song was listed two times. *BUT when I opened the file location specified they both referenced the same song in the music folder. Song is only stored once in music fodler... Hmmmm So I deleted one of the files (song name) and the ringtone was still in the list. I then deleted the other file (same name) and the ringtone then disappeared from the list as well as the song from my music folder.
I can only can think that one may be a pointer for ringtones but I could not tell from file explorer.
Perhaps there is an easier way to do such. The app ringtone remover does not work on Samsung S6.
Thanks for any thoughts..
