Question

How much is my laptop worth?

Jun 17, 2016 12:50PM PDT

Hi! I bought my laptop last July for school and I was wanting to upgrade again but I don't know if it is worth it and I also don't know the value of my laptop since I have yet to find a good site. I've tried eBay but my laptop specifics aren't on there so I am at a loss. Below I will include the specifications of my laptop.

I have a Toshiba S50t-CBT2N22 which I customized.
Processor: Intel Core i7-4720HQ Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.60GHz)
Operating System: it came with Windoes 8.1 but it is at Windows 10 now
- Edition: Windows 10 Home, Version: 1511
Memory: 8GB DDR3L 1600mHz (4GB + 4GB)
HArd Drive Disk: 256GB M.2 SSD
Optical Drive: DVD SuperMulti (+/-R double layer) drive
KeyBoard: Premium Frameless TruType LED Backlit Keyboard with 10-Key Pad
Display: 15.6" FHD TruBrite LED Backlit Display (1920x1080)
Touchscreen: YES
Wireless LAN & Bluetooth: Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 7265 Plus Bluetppth 4.0
Warranty is up in July 2017
There is still a little bit of under 1yr McAfee Live Safe left
No Microsoft Office
Battery life is good

This laptop is used but there is MINIMAL scratches on the surface and none on the screen. This computer was only for Netflix, Word processing, and browsing the internet for school. Very minimal usage and no heavy gaming. I still have the boxing it came in as well.

Please leave helpful answers on how much this could be worth and how I could go about selling it.

You look it up on Ebay and see where it comes in on price. My brother just sold an i7 Dell laptop for 200 bucks but yours is a gen newer and SSD so I'll write you'll do well at 400 for a quick sale to about 500.
