How may Install Bijoy software in windows 10

Currently I use windows 10. I have trouble to install bijoy on windows 10. for this i do not continue to work on JSC Result 2015. I want to install .netframwork. it message me already install. but when i want to install bijoy it message install .netframework 3.5
