bought a samsung american style fridefreezer RSG5DUNH a year and half ago and both sides stopped working, got in touch with samsung, sent them my receipt and they said it was under warrenty and would fix it. to shorten it down its been 5 weeks and so far we have had a repairman look at the fridge, not even open it up say he couldnt do anything and leave. weve had constant "we'll call you back with 48 hours" and no calls and its beyond a joke now. so could you tell me what you think a reasonable time is to repair such an important item is?
