Word is like that and will chop it off if it must to maintain WYSIWYG. You can try the chart in landscape on the page or edit column widths to pull it back on page.
What some folk don't know is that a good working Word document will do that simply by loading it up on another PC. The other PC may not have the same printer and Word dutifully reformats the doc to show what it will look like on that printer.
I copied the chart off of another file (yes, not from a web site! It's my OWN written work!),
and yet the most-right table line went missing like this:
