Let's see. You have 2 copies of Linux on your PC and if you boot it asks which of the 2 to use. You want to delete one and boot automatically into the other.
Or is it Windows 98, or XP, or Vista, or 7?

Please fill in the details.

Windows 7 comes with the command line tool BCDEDIT to edit the boot configuration. Use that.
