The easiest way would be to buy QuarkXpress, although the current version only runs on Windows 2000 and Windowx SP. However, it is recommended in http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum36/1511.htm to download the demo version and use that as a viewer, which you can try, if you've got a Windows XP machine.

It's a program used by professional designers to lay-out documents. It has nothing to do with home audio and video. If it really is a Quark Express document and really sent by a professional for you to work with, the sender should be able to help. In fact, most likely, you should be a professional yourself, and know what to do with it (and wouldn't use Windows 98 to start with) or he wouldn't even send it to you. So it's a little bit strange story, imho.
