How does one reply to postings

by SNARELIPS / March 27, 2010 3:32 AM PDT

I'm trying to reply to "light will not stay off on bottom of monitor" - I did manage to get one or two replies off, but not without a massive headache.

I just tried to reply again, to say I've found out how to switch from Shop mode to Home mode, but with no success.

Can someone explain why this is so?

Make sure you are loged in,
Click on the" reply" text at the bottom of the message,
then in then type anything in the"Subject title" (I usualy just put dashes)
and just type what you want in the"message body"..

Once done hit the "Submit button.text" under the message body field

Other than this very helpful comment I have found no way to post a comment on the daily CNet news.

For example: today there are ads at the bottom of the page for iPads at prices substantially higher than they sell for through authorized dealers.

CNet does no service by encouraging black market.

Thanks for reply. On the CNET site I see NO "Post comment" or any other link that would allow a comment. Obviously others seem to have no problem .. but ??

On the Samsung site each post has a reply and that's fine .. however for a NEW comment or topic .. what??

appreciate,

Ed

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
