It would depend upon the Model of the television on how to get it out of Demo Mode. Can you provide us with the model?

Thanks!

I apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes the links can be finicky with mobile devices. Here's the following steps you would need to take:
With the television powered on, press the source button until you have selected the "TV" source.

Press the Menu button go to the set up portion of the menu which is the little gear icon.

Select the Plug and play feature and follow through the on screen instructions and select Home Mode when prompted.

Hope this helps!

Answer
does it have multimedia ports on it?

If so, check them and see if there's an SD card in one. Might be on internal instead.

Only ports are sub and hdmi plus normal components. No ad card. Believe something changed when we touched menu on front of tv. Can't figure what we need to change when we press menu button on remote

Hi,

Hold onto the "Exit" button for about 15 Seconds, and reset the TV to defaults. When going through the Wizard you have to choose between "Demo" mode and "Home" mode.

Bobs your uncle!
