Simple, I would contact your attorney. My guess, however, would be that class-action lawsuits are barely possible, anymore, in the USA. Good luck!
I have a 60 Samsung TV. The wireless like everyone else works for a few months then stops after one of their updates. I went through online support and they refused to resolve the issue. I am one of tens of thousands with this same issue. I escalated for a response from Samsung and got some idiot that said we aren't covering it and left no number to return a call. Samsung I guess likes giving up 100's of millions in lawsuits for their defective and deceptive practices and they refuse. So any guidance would be appreciated. Also anyone with the known wireless issue should join this post.
