How do you snap a tab back into chrome using Windows 7

Feb 10, 2010 3:31AM PST

I hope there is a easy solution. When using Google's Chrome on my Windows 7 machine I always run into the same problem. I accidently pull a tab off the top and give it a new window.

Is there anyway I can integrate that tab back with the other tabs. I used to be able to do it with Vista/XP by just dragging the tab back to the other window. Although Window 7's snap feature gets in the way.

I think you are talking about Browser tabs, not something that is relevant to Windows Vista or Win 7.

In the new Chrome window, drag the tab back to the old window where the tabs are.

It works for me with Chrome, and also Firefox. I haven't tried it with IE.

Minimize

I think I have gotten it to work. I have to minimize the window so that it isn't full screened and then I can drag the tab back into the window.
