How do you set the date and time on the Sony Handycam Vision

I am using an older model CCD-NTSC and I don't have the manual. My Mac is not recognizing the camera and one of the suggestions is that the date and time are incorrect. They are, in fact, incorrect or not set. How do I do that? HELP PLEASE I need to complete this project by tomorrow.

...can usually be found on-line. You have not provided the full details of model number (e.g. CCD-TRVxxx-NTSC... Usually, date and time settings can done done at the setup menu...just scroll through the menu items one by one until you come to it, e.g. "Clock....Date...Time..." settings.
