Google's Chrome uses the address bar for search.
It makes sense if you think about it, Google, Chrome. So all you have to do is type in your search enquiry into the address bar, press Enter, and a Google search list will display.
Another option is in Chrome's > Options. Under Basics > Search, "Enable Instant for faster searching". This should display search results as you type, although sometimes it is not available.
Does that work?

I just installed the Chrome browser. With firefox and IE I culdn't play my backgammon games. With Chrome it works.I can't see any search box in this browser.I set new tabs to go to google and from there I can search.Isn't there a faster way to search? Also I don't have a menu bar.The one with view, file, edit, tools, etc. but i see much of that can be found by clicking the wrentch icon.Isn't there a menu toolbar? Thanks
