More Info Would Help

You did not give us much info as to your OS or how you identifed the particular problem. Where is the malware located?
Did you try running your scanner(s) in Safemode?

The new trial a-squared or the free version might help.
Disble SpySweeper before you run a-squared, and enable it again afterward.

I'm not sure where the problems is located. If this helps: Incident name: C:\progra1\mywebs1\bar\2.bin\mwsbar.dll detection name is: ADW WEBSEARCH.BD.

have you ever heard of this WEBSEARCH.BD thing?? I ran my current spysweeper which updated and my virus protection PC-Cillin, with no results. I just want to remove this darn thing!! And, what is safemode?? If I download another spysweep program, do I have to uninstall my currect spyware program? Any advise would be greatly apprecialted.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
