Could be pretty complicated.

That is, most USB TV Tuners need a PC running some OS and then you get output. Now you have to take that output and convert it to what input that Comcast box has.

Frankly I'd just skip the Comcast box and connect my PC with USB tuner output to my TV.

TV tuner to comcast

Thanks. Right now I have my PC TV tuner hooked up to an OTA antenna. I cannot receive CBS, so I thought since I have a Comcast box that I don't use, I could hook my PC TV USB tuner to the box, but I don't know how to get the box to change stations or the TV tuner to find stations.

I agree.

That box doesn't have a PC so it's unlikely you can use this stick on that box.

All USB tuner cards not the same

*Which* make/model card do you have?

That said, your are mostly dead in the water. The boxes no longer support USB like some of the old Motorola boxes used to (although, most only really did firewire). Also, the content is encrypted, unlike how it used to be with the local feeds offered via the cable companies. Comcast does not want to be able to freely copy this content, nor do they have the right to offer this to you outside of their agreed upon platform with the various content providers they obtain it from. The DVR you rent from them is paramount to their revenue stream.
