It's unlikely you have your own private DNS. It's even more unlikely this is a factor here.
You might mean that your current IP address was black listed but the thing here is that only those that blacklisted you or your email server can answer why and how to unblacklist you.
In parting, why not a gmail or yahoo email account?

I switched email providers and they said I am blacklisted.
Our computers were taken over by a virus years ago.
We had a couple of computers go down years ago at work due to viruses.
I bought a used router from my ISP.
I send forwards like everyone else.
How do you get unblacklisted? My ISP sent me a couple of link but my DNS number doesn't show up in any databases as being blacklisted. This whole thing is new to me and is confusing.
