Question

How do you get body of email to show in Windows live mail?

Feb 24, 2015 8:31AM PST

I have one particular email that doesn't show anything in the body of the email on my desktop computer but is fine when I view it on my iPhone. Not sure why I can view it on my iPhone but not my desktop. I have no issues with any other emails when I look at them on my Desktop. There is the View Image button and I get that with other emails but when I click on it it still does not bring anything up in the body of this one particular email. Thanks for any help you can give.

Answer
Send it to Microsoft.

But in the meantime, see how it shows in your Web Mail.

That email works fine in Webmail

I checked my email through webmail by logging on to my email account on my cable/internet providers site and I can view that email fine there too. It seems like there's only an issue when trying to view it on my desktop through Windows live mail. Any suggestion on what it might be or what I might try? Thanks again.

WLM is known to continue to be buggy. If the Web Mail views are fine then you've found another WLM bug. Only Microsoft can fix it.
