How do you disable the programs running notifiction message?

On the Windows xp logon screen, is there a way I can disable the message that appears below the username, notifying me how many programs are running

Use logoff for each user running

Another way is to logoff your current user (and all other running user accounts) and logoff admin account, reboot or shutdown machine from the logon screen using the option provided in the lower left-hand hand corner of your screen.
