by Jean R / January 5, 2005 12:28 PM PST

I hate to appear stupid. I looked all over this site.
I see "meet the moderators" BUT BUT I see no link

Just click on their name to see their profile. If they accept email, it will show a link to email this member.

Email a Moderator?
by John Robie / January 5, 2005 3:23 PM PST

Hi Jean,

CNet does state in their "Forum Policies":
"All queries are answered in the forums and not answered by email, so that everyone can benefit from the replies and its content."

As Ernie indicates there is a CNet inhouse email system by just clicking on someones name.

If you have a complaint against a Moderator you can click on the Administrator's name for in house email. If you have a problem with the forum system then you can make it at the Feedback forum

Course publishing a personal email address on the net encourages SPAM and nuts causing a nuisance.

It was there yesterday.....and I got emails from a couple of people then, too. I just clicked on Edit my Profile and it shows the button is checked to email me, but when I checked, it's not showing up for me, either now. Have to talk to Lee and find out what's going on....maybe I've been banned??

I had to edit the profile to up the number of emails allowed in a month.......Lee figured it out for me.
