Question

How do I use multiple accounts with both outlook and gmail?

Apr 20, 2015 1:03AM PDT

Hi, I'm trying to get outlook going as my offline email client and I currently use a gmail account as my primary personal and have a couple of other accounts hosted separately.

Currently I have these set up as alias accounts in gmail and can send and receive as that email account. The question how do I set up a similar thing with outlook without doubling up? Or it automatically won't? I'm worried to try it straight up as it might mess up everything which I have going now which seems to be working.

Cheers,
Arno

What "outlook" do you mean? Could be:
- outlook.com, Microsofts webmail service
- MS Outlook, part of the MS Office suite
- Outlook Express that came with Windows XP and earlier versions

- What other accounts?
- How do you mean 'doubling up'?
- Since everything works now, as you write in your last sentence, what doesn't work?

you will have to setup each account separately in whatever email client you use.
