Question

How do I uninstall the Opera browser from my macbook?

Jan 24, 2014 2:12AM PST

I'm using Snow Leopard. How do I uninstall the Opera browser 18.__ Previously I loved Opera, for a time it was my primary browser than it became problematic - curser couldn't hit a target activation box, as well as it would just stall. Opera FB page never acknowledged my query there- so I had to publically humilate them on their page... still no response!

It can't be that easy or final, can it?

What makes you think that it hasn't gone away?

It was the transition to system 10. It could've been my unfamiliarity of 10. I thought trashing the plist did 1/3 or most of the uninstallation. I think I've uninstalled it now, scouring every folder in the User Library- cache etc.

Now if I can get Realplayer to work again...

Thank You CNET and all who contributed advice!
