"Revo Uninstaller Pro" and run it. This is one of the first things I install on other people's computers when I work on it, the best free bloatware remover out there and it's very easy to use.
The usuals:
1. Control Panel, like you uninstall all other software. Details (what applet to use and how it's called) depend on your OS (Windows XP, Vista, 7), so I can't tell.
2. The Nero clean tool from http://www.nero.com/enu/tools-utilities.html
Only if those fail I'd use a third-party uninstaller.
