Reading http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/outlook/account-temporarily-blocked it appears this in not Apple specific. That is, you are not in control of turning on such a block or turning it off.
Is there more to this issue? I did have a client that was sending out bulk email and they lost email account one by one over a few months. Finally they revealed they were sending a lot of email and we were able to have the talk.
Where can I find an answer to this question?
There must be a simple way to block and unblock your emails.
All I see are many iterations of the same question but where do I look for an answer?
