how do i transfer photovide to my smartphone?

I purchase the program phototodvd4 by vso and want to transfer the saved video to my blackberry. how do I do this? I have saved it on both my desktop and in my library but am unable to copy or transfer it

That's a complex problem. It has three parts:
1. What software to show pictures or movies or dvd's does your blackberry have? What formats does it support? That depends on what blackberry you have and what apps you downloaded.
2. How to make that format on your PC. Why did you choose and pay for that particular program you bought. I have to assume you knew it makes the right format.
3. How to move the file you made in step 2 to the phone and where to put it so the app sees it.

Well you could try to upload your videos directly from your computer on some of the free cloud services like Google Drive,Sky Drive or similar and than download them on your phone.That's one option....

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
