How do I transfer a file folder from old user profile to new

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Man: Acer
Model: Aspire 5532
Processor: AMD Athlon Processor TF-20 1.60 GHz
RAM: 3.00 GB
64 bit OS

Hi,

I want to transfer a file folder (deleting it from the previous user profile) from an existing user profile to a new one I just created. I figured out how to share it. and create a link. But I actually just want to move it. Help please?

The usual way:
- Go into Computer.
- Find the folder
- Drag and drop to new location with your mouse.
If that doesn't work, tell why.
