How Do I Take A Small Slip From Movie And Save Save As MP4?

I would like to take a song from an old (public domain) movie and put it on YouTube. What program will do this and is it very difficult? Thank you.

it is very easy and just needs a proper software.you can try this one :Aneesoft Video Converter.first add the file then get the part you need out and convert it into mp4.
