How do I sync calendars on Android, Laptop and Desktop .

What's the best way to sync calendars on my Android, Laptop, and desktop computer?
I have Vista Home Premium - 64 bit and Outlook 2007 on my Desktop. My laptop has Windows 7 Home Premium Outlook 2010 on my Laptop. I have an Android smart phone. What is the easiest way to maintain a common calendar on all three devices?

Are you sure about "best"?

The reason I ask is that for some that means setting up Exchange Server then syncing from there. Sounds expensive but it is among the best solutions.

Then again you could center this on Google Calendar.
