Only your e-mail provider can tell you what exactlly to fill in in the account properties. Usually it's on their site; of course you need to know your id and password yourself (that's not on their site for the whole world to read).
PS. Didn't you backup your settings? http://www.ramoonus.nl/2011/11/12/backup-outlook-2010-email-accounts/ tells how to do that, so you can import them on your next laptop if this one breaks down or is stolen.

My laptop was stolen last week and I'm not sure how to get access to my Microsoft Outlook email account on my new laptop. A computer expert friend set everything up for me originally but now I'm stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
