Your post is minimal in terms of information however,
Your IP (Internet Service Provider?) probably has nothing to do with your ability to play games except,
If there are filters set by you or someone sharing your account (parent?), which restricts access. Those filters could be on your browser (ex, Internet Explorer options) or through a special IP user interface such as AOL or MSN provides that adds features, including Internet filters.
If you are using a dial-up account (phone/modem), you may be too slow to play video games online.
Your own hardware may be too slow or not configured properly to play online video games.
If by IP you really mean a network interface card for broadband (e.g. Ethernet), you will need to provide more information such as the brand name and model number. Knowing this, you can be pointed to the right source for a current driver. If you are able to get to the Internet with it, it probably is not a driver issue.
Lastly if you have a firewall installed on your system, it can also prevent some types of access.
Either you have to learn all about this stuff or provide more details about the software and system you are using.
I can't play any online vid games because there is something wrong with my ip,Everything should work, but it don't.I tried looking for a IP Driver, but that may of been the wrong thing or something.I looked everywhere, the settings for ip is wrong or something.
