Your e-mail program or e-mail provider (or the recepeints e-mail provider) usually have size limit for mails. 10 MB is not uncommon.
In that case, you upload the file to some web storage (like dropbox or onedrive or google drive or icloud) and send a link to the receiver. There are even sites (like yousendit or wetransfer) that make it still easier.

I have to send a video (1 minute) stored on my desktop to an email recipient but it won't send. I've played with the setting to break the video up into chunks but it still won't send.
What setting should I have to enable the emailing of short video clips as attachments or as any other way?
