The RMA process starts when you contact the company and they decide that they want you to return the device.
They should issue you an RMA number.

It is your responsibility, in this case, to find a box large enough to securely contain the device you are returning. Make sure that it is securely wrapped, or they may blame you for any damage caused in shipping.

Once you have it securely boxed up, make yourself a shipping label and make sure that the RMA number that the company gave you, is clearly written on the label.
It is also an idea to write the RMA number on all sides of the box.

Once all that is done, take it to your local post office and mail it off to the company.

Failure to include the RMA number in the address or on the package, could result in the package being refused at the company and coming back to you.
