My job needs me to always send large files from my Android to PC everyday. Is it any other way to send without wasting so much time? Because the files usually takes up to 3GB with two hours via USB cable.

I have the file on my SD card so I power off my phone, pull the memory card and copy the file off my card to my PC. Then I can put the card back into my phone and let the PC send it off.
If you don't want to remove the card, copy the file off using this:

Along with "Shareit", you can use Google Drive, where you can upload all the file from your android when you are at your home and can download it anytime from it.
"Xender" is such an app through which you can directly access the file download faster too in your PC.
