How do I resize an image in ZoomBrowser EX?

Just wondering on this topic. I can't figure out how to resize them. Right now their at 2048 by 1536. I would like to resize them down to something smaller without an extra program. Thanks alot

By that I mean no Photoshop, etc. Programs that have to be bought.

Terrific free photo viewer program
It also does various adjustments to the image, including re-size.
