How do I replace the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 digitizer?

Hi. I need information on how to change my galaxy tab 2 7.0 p3113 screen. my tab fell and the digitizer shattered before my very eyes a few days ago. I ordered a digitizer online but I havent the slightest clue of how to install, I only see DIY for the tab 2 10.0. can someone please give me some instructions???

I tried what you said but I still cant find how to change the digitizer. I've searched online for days, but I can't find how to do this.
