If the damage is deep

You reload your PC from restore media and your backups. This sounds like a damaged OS and not a virus. Repairing Windows has some million posts on the internet with only one common fix. (which is reload.)

Then you remove this drive for use later.

Since it hopefully has the last copy of your files, you install a new blank HDD or SSD and use the factory recovery media. Once the machine is up you add the old HDD as a second drive but copy your files back in.

This is cheap compared to a service counter charge here. Here the min shop fee is 150USD and that's without the parts and work being done.

2 things

1. I forgot to mention it is a Microsoft surface pro 3

2. I cant reload because the computer says an error happened and it restarts every 5 minutes and its super slow so I cant start the reload

This Surface and recovery is documented by Microsoft so I won't duplicate that here. If that procedure fails or you can't do the work, then you talk to Microsoft as to where to get it repaired.

Remember I didn't duplicate the web on Windows repair but it may not matter since it's a Surface. Those machines don't let us do some procedures like other PCs.

I think you are looking as the Microsoft system recovery documented by Microsoft and if that fails, back to them for repair.

Say no more! I see Chrome is blocking it now.

Answer
so you installed an illegal copy of office

that is one of the problems with stealing software, you never know what will come with it. You will need to reinstall your operating system since there is no way to know how deep the malware got into your computer.

If you dont have any backups, you MIGHT be able to do a system restore to a restore point prior to the download but I think in this case the damage is done. You might also want to see if your computer has a partition for factory setup. if so, you can use it to recover.
