Did you download (or copy) the Windows setup files to your hard drive? Or did you actually install a second OS?

How do I remove a second OS from my HP Pavilion

Yes I actually installed a second OS onto it. Now when I restart my computer, if I am not there to pick which one to install it automatically goes to the new OS.

Check to see if you have two Windows folders

on the boot drive. One will just be "Windows" and the other some variant such as windows.old. If so, you have a parallel installation of Windows. You can remove that entire renamed folder but may need to visit the boot.ini to also remove any reference to that installation as the default.
