How do I remove software from my CNET watch list?

I thought this was going to be an easy question to answer,

BUT,
What should be an easy answer is eluding me.

I went to my profile, found the section for the Download Watch List, clicked on the link but it never went anywhere.

I'm either doing something wrong or there is a problem with the Download Watch List.

I have alerted those above who have control of such things.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is currently a problem in the CNET profile where your Download.com watchlist is not loading. We are working on getting this fixed, so please hang in there.

I've been trying to access my watch list as well and am disappointed to find this issue goes back almost 2 years. Can you fix it, replace it, or create something similar in your page coding? Come on guys. We come here because your site is unique and reliable. Don't make us change our mind. Help us make you everything you deserve to be.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
